Replacing rubber tray for hard disk

MacBook has rubber tray over which hard disk slides when inserted, is there a guide for replacing these?

If you Look closely at this repair guide for the HD Connector you will see that the tray/bumpers are not seated flush with the bottom case, so I would venture to say they are being held in place by some type of tabs. Just remove the HD and Topcase and have a closer look. Looks like a simple repair. But, thats if you can find the replacement tray/bumpers.

Thanks for the pointer, mine came off as I was changing the harddisk and broke to pieces as I tried to straighten it out.

I was able to get the bumpers from Apple for $15.00, had to go to Apple Store and order it. Biggest problem was letting the person know what part I wanted to order.
