How do I bypass the lockscreen pattern without having to factory reset

I have forgotten the gmail login creditentials that I originally used on my phone. ive yet made a new gmail account and have been thru 2 new phones. There is very valuable information on this phone that I need to get off and give to my lawyer so that I do not go to prison.... hence the reason it is urgent that I get this phone unlocked without having to completely factory reset it and end up losing every piece of evidence that I have on that phone. I have only one attempt left on the lock pattern until it completely factory resets it. any help would be greatly appreciated!!
