Digitizer cable cutted. Any help?

Hello guys.

I was trying to replace my broken screen with housing. I was so happy to take off the digitizer in one piece until i saw this.

I was cutted that red circle...

It's probably dead i know... But is there any way to fix this? I'm a student and have a tight budget now.

Any help would be appreciated..

I'm sorry but there is no way of fixing this unless you have a very expensive flex cable ribbon repair machine. This is one of the reasons why I always buy the screen with frame.
