Google Nexus 7 2013 and Asus Memo Pad 7 ME572C frame compatibility

I'd like to replace a damaged screen on an ME572C but I do not have a working heat gun. Are the frames of the Asus Google Nexus 7 2013 and the Asus memo pad 7 (ME572C) similar enough to be able to buy a Nexus 7 frame and screen already assembled? Can I just swap the front piece out for the Nexus 7 front piece? If not, is there a place to buy the frame and lcd/digitizer setup for the Asus Memo Pad me572c-a1-bk? Thanks in advance for any help!
