iPhone 4 won't turn on unless it's connected to a power source

after almost 4 years of stellar performance, my iPhone 4 just won't hunt. it refuses to turn on unless it's connected to a power source.

I've not dropped it and it's not been exposed to moisture or anything like that. it's just old :/

can anyone help?

Lemme get this straight. You can't power it on with the button? Just when you plug it in? You need a new button. One of the more complicated repairs for that model. One of the more complicated repairs period...
