How do I change my phone system language

Dear sir,

I am using HTC Verizon, since I have installed the new Verizon update, it's has changed my settings. Every time I make a call it's automatically add the extension +10.. yet I am in Uganda and our extension is +256 . i have tried to reset my phone still the problem is not fixed.

I will appreciate if I can receive any help from you.

Hi,

Not certain if this setting is in your phone but check the following.

Open the Phone app, then tap Settings and see if there is an option for Auto Area Code. If there is tap to enter then insert the correct code for your location.

Thank you so much, ist has worked , I found it in asstant dialing settings then selected preferable country. But now , the ussd codes returns in Chinese , such balance checking and so on. I can't even know my balance.

I will appreciate your help please.

Hi, Are your SMSs displaying in the correct language? If so it may be that the new Verizon update it not compatible with your particular service provider when using USSD codes. Check with them as to whether it is or not.
