Is the right antenna the same as a mini 1 or 2?

I ripped the right antenna cable on a mini 3 LTE today.

Can i use an antenna from a previous model, or do I need to get a specific one for the mini 3?

I found that it is the same as an iPad mini 2, for the top Lte antennas
