Is it possible to drill the Headphones output?

First of all sorry for the bad english,

i really tried hard to translate my question

into english hehe.

Is it possible that i drill the headphones

output to such a big dia, that normal head-

phones will also fit?

or to sand down the metal, so that there

is no hole before the real headphones-

output?

i hope that you can at least understand

my possibly bad defined question.

why would you do something like that? just cut off excess bit of rubber off your headphones. it would be much easier and more economical, than destroing the phone. and the earphones are soooo cheap nowadays, why dont you just get some which fit?
