Why is my drill overheating?
My drill gets very hot during regular use. Sometimes it gets so hot that I cannot use it. What could be causing it to become so hot?
Is this a good question?

How old is your drill and how often do you use it. All drill have brushes unless you bought a brushless motor. If it's getting hot and overheating check the brushes which you have to open the housing and remove the screws that hold the brushes in place and see if they are down to the copper wire or still have some life in them.
