The screen has static and it becomes blue

I have been experiencing some difficulties with viewing

the screen. It becomes blue and it has static. What is the

process for repairing the static? I would try to open and

close the screen but it still does not clear up. What are

some suggestions?

Anytime I get static from replacing a screen, I make sure I'm grounded properly and if you have a anti-static mat grounded I leave it on the mat for 24 hours and reinstall and the screen works just fine.
