forgot my apple id & password

my 12year old son forget his apple id and password.

1st issue : ipod is disabled

2nd issue : after restoring my ipod touch it asking for apple id and pasword.

i cant remember old id and password ....

IF THERE ANY GENIUS" HERE PLEASE HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM...

Go to https://iforgot.apple.com to try to recover your Apple ID. If you can't, contact Apple support to force unlock this device. They may require you to submit proof of purchase.

You and your son should call Apple support they should be able to help you over the phone. They might require you to email ID information.
