How to fix my phone? PLEASE HELP ME!

I cracked my phone back in January 2016 and it was fine just cracked just a straight line, someone at school tripped over my charger and made it worse that mont, and February my aunt slapped it out of my hand and cracked the top right portion to the point so now you can see like a silver box inside the phone, so today at 4:30 am I placed my phone on the counter top and it fell, FACE FORWARD and i picked it up and the lights are flickering my home screen I can see time, my alarm still sounds and it still flashes but its like a t.v screen with inverted lights half my screen different colors. Can i get the screen replaced and cable wires put back into place to fix it or do you have a solution to help me ? Im hopeless and scared

You can get the screen replaced. At worst all the front display cables would need to be replaced if ripped off. You can still use the home button from the broken screen in that case. The front camera assembly is cheap to replace along with the home button extension cable (The long cable that sits behind the metal plate taped on.)

@benjamen50 would I have to get this work done by apple? Also, do you know where I could get the cables if I may need them? I'm from Chicago and I've looked up places who do repairs but they aren't open at this hour and their description doesn't say anything about replacing the cables they mainly just replace the cracked screen.

@al01 I posted an answer below which already comes with the cables you need. You just need to take out the home button from the damaged screen. Also a repair guide below too.

@benjamen50 Good morning, I ordered the package you recommended but I think it may be too late, my phone is and I know this because when I connect it to my macbook it detects it and it says "Iphone is locked with a passcode", but on my Iphone's screen its pitch black I can't see ANYTHING! Do you think the repair will still work for the cables?

This is the part you'll need to replace it with. Fortunately it does already come with front camera assembly and the home button extension cable already together. You just need to extract the home button from the old screen to the new one:
