DSi does not turn on or charge

I bought a dsi off of eBay, and I had to replace the top screen. After reassembling the unit, I held the power button, and nothing happened. I plugged it into my charger, and the charge light won't even blink, just nothing. I checked the F1 fuses on the motherboard and the power board, and they are intact. I checked the connections for the ribbon cables to the top screen, and they seem OK, what is wrong???????? I will check the connections again, but I don't think that they are the problem.

Looks like one of my two suggestions worked, which one was it so others know to check there too?

If you've plugged your charger into the port and you're not getting an indicator light on then it's gotta be 1 of 2 fuses (assuming you've checked with the multi-meter on continuity mode) OR your charge port has lifted from the motherboard. Double check the port on the board to see if it's all seated correctly.

Thanks for the follow up. Break out your soldering iron, flux and you can get that seated back to the board in no time.
