Stuck on searching for data

I downloaded tinder app and it started to crash my iphone 4s constantly and it eventually caused my phone to be unable to find a network or recognise my number. Ive restarted it, reset its network settings and taken the sim card out and in again whilst restarting it at the same time as well. I would like to fix it without resetting it to factory settings if possible. Thanks

sounds like you might have to do a factory reset... could you backup your settings and app data on your computer via itunes and then venture into factory reset?
