ps4 won't allow discs at all in the console

I have not played my ps4 in about 2 months and last time I played it, it was working in as far as allowing discs in the console to be loaded up. I try to put one in my console and would not go into my console. Thinking a sensor or something might be dirty and it is not see disc to register it.

There is a good chance that either the rollers or the white connecting rod are out of place. You can see what I mean in this video.

It's also possible that there is a problem with the ribbon cable that goes from the motherboard to the disc drive. That's not as likely if you've not taken the console aparts though.

Hello. I am attempting to fix a PS4 slim that someone has lost the roller connecting rod. Is there anywhere I can purchase this one piece? Any suggestions for a replacement?
