Sound problem during calls

So my screen and somewhere internally has been suffering moist/liquid damage. Most noticable at the bottom right of the screen. Question is, since while I can hear the person on the other end though they can't hear me unless I apparently turn on the speaker or use my earphones , is it the loud speaker/speaker or the microphone that's damaged? There's better sound when using earphones and even with it onfull volume it's still pretty 'low' without earphones.

There is a microphone located at the bottom left of your phone. Left of the charging port. This microphone is soldered onto the Charging Port dock assembly. You can buy a whole new charging dock assembly for your iPhone 6 to fix this issue. That is if the water damage is only on the microphone and near the dock connector on the logic board where it is also near the battery connector.

Part is pretty cheap to replace actually:

Thank you for answering, but the visible damage is seemingly on the right, could it be the speaker itself and not the microphone?

I have no problem with the sound when I have my earphones plugged in. Only when I don't.

Your bottom microphone is definitely not working and the loudspeaker (bottom) speaker does not appear to work too.

I'd firstly try changing the charger port. If that fixes the microphone and speaker issue then you don't need to change the speaker.

If it fixes the microphone issue but not the speaker issue when you will need to change the (bottom speaker / loud speaker / ringer).
