I update my tablet a3300hv ,and i choose reboot in menu and i click up volume and it shut down, the logo appear like 2 or 3 times after that its not turning on. Please help me.

I bought it in march of this year and when I power it on only thing it does the Lenevo sign comes up like it will reboot then a message will paper " carrier configure has stopped" CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP?????
