Why is my iPhone 6 constantly searching for service?

So my iPhone has been dropped quite a few times. But this time was a bit different. Since it fell it's been constantly searching for service. It has the word "Searching" displayed in the top left corner of the phone. I've tried resetting but that hasn't done anything. Help please! Thank you.

Oh, man. That's a collage of solutions. Try turning it off and on. Try toggling airplane mode. Disconnect, reconnect the battery. While you're in there, make sure the copper clip is connecting, when the SIM card goes in. Connect to wifi, after checking the battery
