iPhone wont switch on

screen and digitiser etc was replaced once assebled the phone now wont power up

You need to check the cables 1,2 &3 are on properly. No 1 often pops off when you're closing front panel and iPhone then won't show signs of life. The only other thing to consider is that in damaging the screen something else is was damaged. Did phone still power on or be recognised by iTunes before repair?
