replaced LCD and touch screen, now wont turn on!

i replaced a broken LCD and screeen on my I phone, and now it wont even turn on. it definitely worked before because the screen lit up (butwas damaged) and was found when plugged into computer. but since changing the parts it seems to not work at all.

Was having a bit of trouble with the number 1 cable ( seemed to come unattached really easily when trying to put back together), but im just really stuck now as to what to do to get it up and running again!

I'd reopen phone and check cable 1.. Often pops up on closing. Is the part from reliable source? Any chance you have bumped connector 4 which connects charger to mainboard?

Thanks for your help, do you know if it means anything that the phone is not found when plugged into a computer? Could this be a sign of a battery problem? Or does it have to be switched on to be recognised?

Also would this or the battery charging be effected by the LCD (cable 1) not being connected?
