My first guess would be at a store that sells consumer electronics. Try Target, Wal-Mart, or Best Buy.

Do you mean replacing the entire console?
Or do you mean replacing something inside the console?
This is a new console (out as of this summer), why do you need to purchase a replacement? It should be well within warranty if something happened to it that Microsoft covers.
