What'd I do if my phone screen has lines on my screen?

I was looking for my phone and found it laying on a pillow with colored lines across the screen, as if it was broken. Mind you my phone's screen is shattered at the top. What do I do?

Options

Your screen probably got bumped and is degrading. If the lines interfere with the operation of the phone, you probably need to replace the screen.
