white screen problems and it reseted it 2 times

Hello,

My phone is HTC desire 620G dual sim. Its been 2 weeks that my screen is white and i have already reset it for 2 times but still the screen is white and am not able to fix it. Several times i switched it off and on hoping that it may be start again but its still the same. I have many important pictures and numbers saved in the phone.. please help as soon as possible if you have a possible solutions for this problems..

This is sometimes a sign of bad contact between the LCD ribbon cable and the ribbon connector on the logic board. Unplugging it and plugging it in firmly would most likely fix the issue.

Also I have same problem in My HTC 620G. May I know what is LCD ribbon and how I fix it Unplug and Plug again in home.? please revert back urgent.......
