Options

Samsung S6 LCD screen w/ "touch" not working, touchscreen repairable?

I've tried with a different motherboard, and same result.

I've carefully removed the lcd and ribbon cable/connector from the plastic frame.

I am comfortable attempting micro soldering to replace a damaged component.

Any help about what components to replace, and how to troubleshoot, or links to a wiring diagram would be much appreciated

Options

I think you will need to replace the LCD to fix that problem as I don't see how you could replace Digitizer without changing the LCD.
