I am looking for a tutorial on how to replace the charging port on an HTC Desire Eye. The actual model number is 0PFH1000, but is very similar to the M910x. Any information would be great! Thank you in advance!

This video shows you exactly how to open this particular model. I used this in order to open the phone.

After having the phone open, you simple take out the 3 screws holding in the charging port, take the old one out, and put in the new one. There is a lot of double sided tape on this phone, but re-heating it puts everything back together nicely. This video helped me save a customer's phone.
