Microphone issue, I can record voice but no one hear me

While speaking with my iphone , the person on the other line is not able to hear my voice though but I can hear them perfectly, this problem happens when I'm talking with my sim card , while speaking with FaceTime or WhatsApp or talking with Siri i can hear and speak with no problem , and also there is no problem in recording voices. And also there isn't any problem if I answer with my MacBook.

I was wondering what the problem could be !

P.S:I also tried calling with EarPods and it didn't work !

I know this sounds a little rediculous. But, have you tried turning the phone off and on again? Updating settings? Backing up the phone and restoring to the backup? It definitely sounds like a software issue

Ok. Did you try backing it up and doing a restore?

I deleted my first response, because I thought you had an iPhone 6. However, the bottom mic on the 5s can still get dirt and lint caught in it. It's on the bottom left. This can be cleaned with a tooth pick or canned air. I have fixed a good amount of iPhones like this. Also, you could have a faulty mic.

Yeah, but if it was a hardware issue, it wouldn't work in some areas, like whatsapp or it would work with headphones. I'm thinking it's gotta be software
