I am currently doing some resets on a lot of computers. We are re-imaging them then testing a few and to verify the images. Once verified we reset the computers using the built in windows reset.
I am finding that a lot of them will reset just fine but others ask for windows recover media during the reset.
Is this do to bad imaging or is this suppose to happen in certain versions of windows?
Is this a good question?

Are all the PC of the same make and model number. If not then that might be the issue because every image is set-up for specific pc makes.
