Hi, What OS is installed?

Does Device Manager show that the WiFi network adapter is installed correctly? Go to Control Panel > Device manager > Network adapters. Click on + sign to expand tree, right click on Wireless adapter, select properties check device status box.

Quick way to get to control panel in Win10 is to press Win key + x key together, window will open on left of screen, find and click on control panel.

if OK go to Control panel > Network and sharing Centre click on manage network connections link on left of screen, right click your Wifi connection select properties and see if the protocols that you said were missing are ticked. If not tick the missing one and click install.
