Keyboard backlight defective after spoiling liquid

Yes... I spoiled some beer on the trackpad. Keyboard and trackpad are working fine but the lights under the keyboard are not. Just one row in the middle is working.

Should I replace the whole keyboard or is it something else?

There's no way to tell what's damaged. I would take the top case off and clean any residue found as it will corrode parts. Here's the keyboard part: MMacBook Pro 15" (Model A1150, A1211, A1226) Keyboard

I have a similar problem. The backlight of the keyboard doesnt work but everything else works great!

I just put a new harddrive and topcase in... i want to know where the backlight connector is for the keyboard so I can fix it... please help
