magid, the part you circled is C8317 which is a 1000PF 50V 5% capacitor in a 603 package. The part with the arrow is R7722 which is a 1/16W 10.2 ohm resistor in a 0402 package. As in where to buy it, I'd try mouser.com or digikey.com
