lcd will not seal on all sides

i replaced a iphone 6 lcd as i have done many times, the lcd will not seal near the volume buttons, not on ly will it not seal but i will pop up as if something was in the way, ive checked everything and there is nothing there!

customer expects it in the morning and idk what to do.

Options

Make sure the lock tabs on the replacement screen are not bent preventing it from sealing.
