Is it a password on the BIOS screen? (Usually you see a blue box at the middle of the screen asking for password).

One way i know how to do it, I don't think its the easiest but its a way, is to keep restarting it until you get to launch startup repair option. One you see that, select it. After this point I don't really remember whats next but basically after that, you have to go into the files, find sethc (which is sticky keys) and change that to cmd and make a copy of sethc first then change it. You can look up a video online of how to do this. If you want, I can help you with this.

If your running windows 8.1 or below here are the options i like to use:

free: https://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/

paid: http://www.passwordresetkey.com/site/?pa...

both accomplish the same thing in a similar fashion, the paid one is a bit more beginner friendly with a nice interface.
