Battery not charging after spill, troubleshoot?

Spilled coffee on my Macbook Air. It's been dried and cleaned, and everything is working correctly when plugged in to power. Unfortunately the battery was depleted while it was drying, and it isn't charging.

The light on the cable is off, no orange, no green. Menu bar says 1%, 'Battery is Not Charging'.

Here is the coconutBattery report -

- does this mean the battery is ok? It only had a few small splashes on it. Is there any way to troubleshoot down to the faulty component? Would this indicate the most likely problem is the I/O board? Both the USB port and headphone jack are working.

I am just trying to start with replacing the most likely faulty component.

Any guidance would be most appreciated!
