won't vibrate

My phone has stopped vibrating all together, caused by a drop possibly. I have read that if you smack it on the back corner it will work again . . . not for me. Is it the vibration motor that has gone out? If so, what part do i need in order to fix it?

Here is the part you need, you need to replace the whole headphone jacks, which includes the vibrator. There you will find links to the step-by-step installation guide and everything else you need.
