I am having problems with Wireless connectivty

It seems like for about five days I could connect by wireless connectivity during the day. The for some odd reason at night no connection. Now I can't connect at all by wireless connection. I have contacted my internet provider reset my router and nothing is working.

This seem to began happening when I let someone who I thought were represtatives of Norton but they were not. I had agreed to purchase something from them, and then when I contacted them, I said first try to contact a Norton rep. via internet and when I did they inform me that the last time I contacted them was in December. Please help I think maybe the folks that had remote access did something. I could be wrong but I never had this problem prior.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Sounds like you may have malware messing with your DNS. Are other devices able to connect to your network and work correctly? To confirm it is a DNS issue open a command prompt (start > programs > accessories > command prompt, or on windows 7 and up click start and type: CMD and press enter) in the command prompt type: ping 8.8.8.8

if you: reply from xx.xxx.xxx.xx (where the x's are numbers) : bytes=32 time= xxx TTL=xxx

then you do in fact have an internet connection, but your DNS is incorrect. Use another computer to download a program like malwarebytes or similar anti-malware program and clean up your system. Once that is complete open up internet explorer, click the settings wheel in the upper right, select internet options, click the advanced tab and select reset. This will restore your DNS servers to their default. If none of the above work there are a few other things to try.
