I need my photots and videos but I cant power on

i am using hp touch[ad since 2 years it had worked very well but unfortunately my touchpad battery was gone and i cant even power on it. i want to have my photos and videos in device

Options

Unless you have a backup on google foto's, you will not be able to get something off when it's off. Or if you really want it back you can change the battery (at least if you can find one).
