Hold the cicle button and power button at the same time for 20 seconds. This is a hard boot. I had the same problem it works. This happens because the phone lost all power before you began charging it. This is a good one to remember.

take the phone to Apple store and get it replaced by them. Do NOT mention using 3rd party charger, they would refuse swap otherwise...

They won't ask for the charger?

It's also jailbroken. I won't have problems with that?

by

no, they will not ask for the charger. they have plenty. even if they ask for one, just hand them any original charger. there is absolutely no chance they can say, you have not used original charger. if the phone does not turn on, thay cannot say, it was jailbroken.

just dont mention using 3rd party unoriginall charger and youre good to get a new phone

Since there is no official Apple store on my country I need to do that abroad. I'm going to be in the USA next month for a week. How the procedure goes? Do I just enter an Apple store and give it to them? Do I need to wait couple of days to get it fixed or new one? Will it be ready till I leave (a week)? If they fixed that, can they check it's jailbroken and charge me? Thanks in advance!

by

just enter the store, catch your first available genius and explain to him, that for some "unknown" reason, your phone have stopped working. from that point, it will be smooth, until you get your replacement phone. they will not need any proof of purchase, as the phone is still in warranty, but if you have one, it can also help.

good luck
