iPod touch will not sync after restore

Had to restore my ipod touch after having problems with it now it will not sync anything and continues to tell me it needs to be restored. I have no idea how to fix this.

Restoring it in DFU mode should fix it.

Connect to iTunes and then follow this tutorial:
