My Phone Won't Charge And Won't Turn On

This Afternoon I Tried To Install Custom Rom In My Device . When the installation of the custom rom is finished , it says that Reboot The Device and i clicked it . Suddenly It Turns Black And I Can't Turn It On And Tried To Plug A Charger But Still Not Working . I Do Everything I Can But Nothing Works .
