Why is there constantly snow on my screen?

Samsung Model is HL61A750A1FXZA. Why does my screen constantly have snow on it even after I adjust and tighten all the cables?

@cpis23 do you have anything on the screen other than "snow"? What have you checked? What exact model is your TV?

I can see what's on the channel but with snow covering it. Makes the image horrible. Model is HL61A750A1FXZA Samsung

Hi, Have you tried to see what the picture is like when using different inputs, e.g. HDMI, composite video AV - (red/white/yellow), If you can try connecting a DVD player etc to see what the video looks like. How are your TV channels sourced to the TV - antenna or cable TV etc?

I have tried different inputs but to no avail! All that shows up on other inputs is a full snowy picture and no ability to see any picture behind the snow. I did have a did player connected to the tv before and the snow was still evident. I have digital cable connection to the tv. Any suggestions? Could it be a lamp issue?
