Some time ago i dropped my iphone 5 and i saw no damage. But later I noticed the following things:
1) I can't use my microphone when I call using speaker.
2) I can't talk to siri.
3) I can't talk on messenger calls.
4) I can't talk on Teamspeak 3 app.
Regular calling without speaker works fine. What speaker should I replace, or isn't it broken and just loose because of dropping it?

That microphone is located on the front facing camera flex cable, near the ear speaker. Its pretty simple to change. ifixit has a guide for it.
