How do I fix paper jam
Got a nasty paper jam and i cant clear it.

The easiest way to clear a paper jam would be to move the power switch to "Reverse" while pulling on the jammed paper. Once removed, you should then remove the top assembly from the bin and remove any shreds of paper that may still be stuck there.

There is shredder oil that you can use to soak the paper. I do not have the type of oil but I am sure you can google it. That should help, just hope the jam was from paper and not staples or plastic.
