lines across the screen with different colors
i dropped my phone on carpet last week on the back side and now it has lines and they're different colors. Also the screen just clicks stuff by itself

Most likely screen has gone faulty unfortunately. Is it cracked at the moment?
You will most likely need to get the front display assembly replaced.
