Sim card not recognised after screen replacement

I swapped out the screen and tested all ok, however when i put it all back together the sim card is not deteced. Strangley i took the back cover off and tried the card again, this time is is recognised, i've tested on a number of occassions and it look like whenever the back cover goes on the sim card cannot be detected, anyone have a clue what's going on here?

Check if the SIM Card slot cable is plugged in fully. If it isn't it may be moving off just enough for it to not give full contact to the connector to the logic board. This is a black cable located at the top right of the board. If it still doesn't work then the sim card slot or flex cable has most likely become damaged.

You can see where it is located in this video:

I have checked that already and it's fully in, the sim card does work but only without the back cover on it, it's very strange!

One more thing to try, follow the information given here:

I'm assuming the usual short and/or long antenna cables are plugged into the logic board and the daughter board fine.
