I pushed on the column shifter hard into park and now my key won't come out of the off position. Tried jiggling the shifter turning the wheel, I even disconnected the battery to see if it was a sensor. Starts just fine runs without problem in any gear but the key just won't turn to the lock position where I can remove it.

Hello,
You might try putting it in neutral to see if you can get the key out, then shifting it into park. Gently, of course.
