when I phone everything is fine, people understand me, I understand them.
Music also sounds well.
But when I use my speakerphone only I can hear people very good, but say not unerstand me. So my questions ist, what part do I need to change the speaker microfon?

From previous knowledge of repairing Sony Xperia Z3 phones, there is a top microphone, top speaker and loudspeaker and bottom speaker.
Doing the usual call uses top speaker and bottom microphone.
Doing loudspeaker enabled uses top microphone and bottom loudspeaker (the one also used for music and etc).
The top microphone would be at fault. This is connected to the headphone jack assembly. Which is replacable. I will post links on where to get the part and guides later when I have time.
You can get the part from eBay here:

Make sure you check the model number of your phone before buying a replacement part like this.
