coolpad 5560s play store update error
runs on alcatel. keep getting errors on updates and wont let me successfully upday playstore and google play services

Go into the Settings of your device
Tap on Apps or Applications Manager (the name varies depending on your device).
Swipe to the All column.
Scroll down until you see Google Services Framework
Finally, choose Clear data and then OK.

Not yet. My provider gave me coolpad number 877-606-5754 but I haven't called them yet.

My play store hasn't been working for a while and I've basically tried everything i could like , clearing up my storage,and restarting and powering off my phone just for it to work again!!!!!!!!....please fix this problem I'd be so grateful!thank you.
