iPhone does not turn on

I have got a logicboard I try to repair but I can't detect what's wrong. I'm using a complete fonctionnal iphone for testing.

When I push power button nothing happens, screen is off.

With power+home the screen is still off but the logicboard begins to heat up around processor/flash memory zone. Does it means processor is the problem?

Thanks for help
