How could I fix my sunken USB input?

Could anyone tell me is that a tool that could fix my sunken USB? Or how could I make a tool by myself to fix this? Thanks a lot!

Options

Google "duck billed pliers", get a pair and fix it. Put a piece of heavy electrical tape on the top of the dent to help from marring the finish.

The part which is damaged is called the "top case."

It usually comes from Apple complete with a keyboard and battery and is pretty expensive. But you have the possibility to try and repair it using pliers. And if not successful (it can easily break), you can then replace it. If you order it bare, it will not cost you much, but will be a very big pain to replace, specially to remove and transfer the battery.

Before attempting to repair, you have to take your I/O board out in order not to break it. This is the guide that shows you what that I/O is and how to remove it from your top case. And in case it is damaged and the USB not working anymore, you can order it and replace it as well.
