Top case left corner slightly bend, stain-like scratch surrounding it.

I dropped my new MBA and unfortunately, this happened. The case is slightly belt and there's a scratch? surrounding the place where it's beng, but it looks like a stain (like if you have wet fingers and tap the case). I even tried removing it with soapy water soaked paper towels but it obviously didn't work. Also, the scratch only appears under direct light (and actually kinda reflects it), but it's pretty pronounced and recognizable when it does.

Is there a way how to bend the corner back? Is the scratch related to the bent corner? Why does the scratch look like a stain?

Answer this question I have this problem too

It's the way aluminum behaves when bent or strained that causes the stain-like look. Unless you can muster the force with pliers (which is very difficult), your best option is to replace the MacBook Air 13" (Mid 2013-2017) Display Assembly, MacBook Air 13" (Mid 2013-2017) Lower Case and MacBook Air 13" Early 2015 Upper Case Replacement. Keep in mind that this is a very difficult repair, and does require time and patience. Additionally, you will need several specialized bits, including a P5 Pentalobe bit, and T5 and T8 Torx bits.
